Customer service attendants

The role will be working across all areas of the Club from greeting customers to ensuring all areas of the Club are kept clean and tidy.  This role is casual and requires full Friday & Saturday night availability as well as additional days or nights. 

1. Current RSA and RCG & Advanced RCG  qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
2. Must demonstrate exceptional customer service practices.
3. A willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Exceptional time management skills.
6. Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment.
7. Ability to operate independently and work effectively under pressure.

You MUST be available to work close shifts:

• Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed – until 1:30am
• Thurs, Fri, Sat – until 3:30am
