We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering consistently high standards.

About the Role

  • Food Preparation & Service — Prepare, cook, and present menu items to venue standards.
  • Menu Execution — Maintain consistency, portion control, and quality across all dishes.
  • Kitchen Operations — Support smooth service during peak periods and collaborate with the team.
  • Food Safety Compliance — Follow all WHS, hygiene, and food‑handling procedures.
  • Stock rotation — Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and minimising waste.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance — Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Trade‑qualified Chef (Cert III Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
  • Experience in a busy club, pub, or bistro environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and rotating rosters
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
  • Commitment to high standards of food quality and presentation
