About the Role
- Food Preparation & Service — Prepare, cook, and present menu items to venue standards.
- Menu Execution — Maintain consistency, portion control, and quality across all dishes.
- Kitchen Operations — Support smooth service during peak periods and collaborate with the team.
- Food Safety Compliance — Follow all WHS, hygiene, and food‑handling procedures.
- Stock rotation — Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and minimising waste.
- Cleaning & Maintenance — Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Trade‑qualified Chef (Cert III Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
- Experience in a busy club, pub, or bistro environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and rotating rosters
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Commitment to high standards of food quality and presentation
