As part of our kitchen brigade, you will work across multiple sections, support peak service periods, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture. You will be responsible for delivering consistent, high‑quality meals, upholding food safety standards, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day kitchen operations.
Mandatory Requirements
- Commercial Cookery Cert IV
- Valid RSA
- Proven experience working in a busy, fast‑paced kitchen
- Strong communication skills and a positive, reliable work ethic
- Availability for nights, weekends, and rotating rosters
