Dear Valued Member,

It is with great pleasure that we announce that as of Monday June 1, we can welcome you back to our Club.

We will be resuming our normal trading hours, however in keeping with the government’s guidelines there will still be some restrictions regarding how many people can be in each area, and not all facilities will be open in the initial stages.

Please Note: For everyone’s protection and as a condition of entry, every person that comes into the club (excluding minors) will be required to sign in either through our sign-in terminals or have their details documented by a receptionist, this is keeping in line with government legislation of us being able to determine how many people are on premises at any given time and that we have the contact details of each person on site. We ask that you please advise our reception staff if your contact details have changed to that of what may be recorded on our membership system, including updated phone numbers and addresses etc;

We hope as time progresses and restrictions continue to ease, we can get back to providing all the great facilities and services that our members & guests know and love.

Below is an outline of how things stand as of 1st June 2020:

Promotions & Entertainment

It is with regret that we advise in our initial stages not all of our promotions and entertainment will be returning. At this time there will be no: raffles, trivia, bingo, poker, mahjong, baida, promotions or entertainment.

Updated information on when things are returning will be posted on our website and social media platforms.

Points / Tier Levels

You Sapphire Rewards point balances and current tier levels have been maintained during this time.

Any letters sent to members with a March expiry date will be honoured until the end of July 2020 . Letters will need to be presented to our receptionists to redeem your rewards.

Gift Cards

Any gift cards with a March expiry date will be extended until end of July 2020.

We will continue to take the expected safety measures to ensure everyone is safe and well when visiting our Club. We will have a Covid-Safe Marshall ensuring that social distancing measures and best hygiene practises are being adhered throughout the venue. Our staff have undertaken the (Online Induction) WHS & COVID-19 Risk Minimisation Training and there will be enhanced cleaning throughout the venue.

We do ask, that if you are displaying symptoms or feeling unwell that you remain home and seek medical advice and not risk the safety and well-being of our staff and other members and guests.

We’ve missed everyone and look forward to welcoming you all back.
